Hi, I'm Kim. I'm a Family Nurse Practitioner student. I was introduced to PERRLA by one of my professors who just finished her Ph.D. a couple of years ago. I was really overwhelmed with APA formatting, having not been to school in over 20 years. This program has really helped me. My grades have improved, the formatting is so easy, and I love that you have the option to have a discussion template as well. My favorite thing is creating Research Notes with where you can put your little notes in and so you can actually create an outline and pull everything right in. It's so easy and I love that I can tag all my notes and so, if I write a paper later that might be similar or I can use the same references, all I have to do is pull them right out by the tag that I gave them. This program has really made such a difference for me in graduate school so I really appreciate you creating this program and I highly recommend it to anybody else who is struggling with APA or in grad school or even as an undergraduate. I think it's a great program!

Stress Buster-this has been a great tool for me as I begin the journey towards my master's degree. I work full time. I do not have to take extra time fiddle, faddling with formatting and inputting the citations. Much appreciated!!

That takes me all the way back to 1997 when I first started with Phoenix all the way to 2002. I graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor’s and continued on 2003 to 2006 for a Master’s. Every step of the way, I used PERRLA. Every step of the way, your product has been good. Don't stop. Here we are in 2022. Students are out of school, students are career-writing, students are writers, students are poets, and some are broadcasters like me. I still use PERRLA. It's good. What I appreciate is your consistency in your programming. Another part is, I use it in a radio station. I'm playing music. I have to use writing programs. I have to do scripts for television sometimes. I have to do radio shows and have to introduce myself as a preacher and a pastor. PERRLA plays it all. I know you have a good product.

Hi, everyone. My name is Lisa. I am a registered nurse. I used PERRLA all throughout my ADN and BSN school. I recommend PERRLA because not only does it structure your paper in APA format but it also will store your references which is really, really good and a great tool to have because you can always pull up those references... [PERRLA] will hold your references there and then you can just input them in the papers. And a good thing is, that I found anyway, is that throughout the schooling both ADN and BSN, those are multiple references that I can pull in multiple different papers because the material is redundant sometimes so you can also use those citations...So, yeah. I recommend it! I highly recommend PERRLA! I've used it for years and I will continue to use it on into my Master’s program.

It has allowed me to create a library of all of the works I have used as references which has provided me many resources as I proceeded through my classes. Tremendous help with all things APA

I'm currently earning my MSN, and it has been quite a while since I was last in nursing school. There have been a couple of new APA editions since I last wrote academic papers, and PERRLA has made it so much easier to focus on the content rather than worrying about formatting. The reference tool is excellent. If you have the DOI, PERRLA formats it automatically. One small improvement I’d love to see is with table formatting. When a table extends to a second page, it doesn’t have the correct APA formatting, so I have to adjust it manually. Otherwise, it’s been a huge time saver and a great support throughout my program!

Hi. This is Mallory. I am a very non-traditional student so when I decided to go back to grad school 2 years ago, I had not been in school for 35 years. I had quite a steep learning curve. When I was asked to write my first APA paper, I panicked. Going back to school is hard enough but the last time I wrote an APA paper, it was APA version One. It's been a long time. I had a friend in class... a younger friend who had just finished undergrad, suggest I try PERRRLA, and I'm telling you, it saved my life. I now know I will never write another paper without PERRLA. I promptly called some of my older - not fresh out of undergrad friends - and said, "You've got to try this. It will change your life!" And so now, we all use PERRLA. I honestly don't think I would know how to write a paper without it so, very grateful. It has saved me a lot of time and tears and helped this Grandma get through grad school. So, thanks so much!
