PERRLA is literally awesome

I started my second masters when I was 60 years old. This one was online and there was MUCH to learn. Using Perrla took the stress away when it came to papers and that was a big plus. Then I just had to deal with some of the technology, which my 15 year could mostly help with! We all remember the stress of writing up Bibliographies etc. Perrla took the stress out of every period, every space, every comma. What a gift! Also, their customer service/help was personal, helpful and outstanding- I really felt like I had another person standing there with me. Plus, they were open to suggestions for change- how cool! I cannot recommend this enough. It is very easy to lose points for errors in formatting references- but not with Perrla. Also, I had a professor that was grading my paper based on APA 6, because Perrla had the most up to date APA 7 for me to choose from I was able to challenge that professor and he discovered he was grading everybody's paper incorrectly, I was the only one who got my points back because I did my research and I knew I was in the right. Thank you Perrla, a thousand times, my only sadness in graduating is I won't need you anymore! It's been a great relationship!

I would be lost writing references in APA format without PERRLA. I can also click on a previous reference and add it to my next paper. It has saved me so much time. The spacing on title pages, the placement of headers, things like that that I would perseverate over if I had to do it myself.

My name's Elizabeth and I'm a doctoral student and university instructor. PERRLA is essential to my workflow as both a student and a teacher. I'm always writing papers and homework assignments or scholarly literature for publication. PERRLA helps me do all of it, so I can format and cite my work accurately and efficiently. Here are some of my favorite features: PERRLA can find almost any scholarly article from any database with just its DOI or Author & Title.

It formats references and citations effortlessly and instantly, adding them to my documents and saving me a lot of time. It allows me to keep my focus and time where it belongs... on my writing quality. PERRLA saves every reference I've ever used in my personal reference library. That's really helpful because I can reuse those references in subsequent work with a single click of the mouse.

If you're writing a monster paper like a dissertation or a thirty-page literature review, having immediate access to all those references in a massive convenience. I have more than 400 unique items in my reference library, and I add more every day, but PERRLA never slows down, loses my references, or fails to deliver them when I search my library.

PERRLA is great at finding and formatting references and citations, but another of its features is that it actually formats the paper itself.
